On-line transactions for Mainland UK customers
We accept Various credit card payments including
MasterCard,Visa and Barclaycard via the secure transaction processing agent
PayPal.
Mail Order for UK Customers
Should you wish to pay by cheque or postal order,
you can use the email order facility, by clicking on the 'envelope sign' next
to the item you require. This will enable you to place your order by email,
and we will send you an order confirmation. You can then print off a copy of
this and send it to us, together with your payment.
International Orders
The prices on our belts and collars do not include
the cost of post and packing. Shipping charges vary greatly depending on the
destination. Therefore, when ordering, it is necessary to select the area from
which you are ordering. The post and packaging to this destination will show
in the final cost figure
We can accept payments in:
U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, and Yen
Note: Please be aware that your own country's Customs may impose an import
duty, for which you are responsible.

Postage & Packing
UK postage & packing is £6.25, as we are
sending out all parcels by Registered Mail. Postage and package to Europe and to America is £10.25 (per item) - Should you require additional insurance
please request a quote by email.
Payment
Mainland UK customers may pay on-line by credit card or through the post with
a cheque or postal order after receiving a confirmation email Overseas customers
may only pay by on-line credit card (Sorry Banking Changes make it impractical
for us to accept cheques from non-UK banks)
Despatch
All items are normally despatched with 10 days of order. Bulk orders will,
of course take longer but an estimate of arrival can be given should this be
the case. Items are posted using Royal Mail first class within the UK. A certificate
of posting is always obtained. Overseas items are also mailed by Royal Mail
as 'small packets' please ask if you require any special method of despatch.
Please note that International purchasers are responsible for any import duties/taxes
that might apply.
Exchange/Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with any item you purchase from us.
Therefore, if you have a question regarding sizing, colour etc please ask first.

from us. Therefore, should you be unhappy with a purchase made from us, even
though it has been made to measure we will undertake to give you a refund -
less any processing and postage charges incurred by us, provided that it is
it is returned immediately by return, unused and in its original condition.
Should this be the case please email us first for return instructions and to
obtain a return authorisation reference number. No refunds will be given without
an Authorisation Number
We will always exchange or repair goods that are faulty.The stitching and workmanship
of our products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
